First I wantd to say to Dan's family that I m so sorry for your loss, words can't express how sad I am for all of you for your loss. Dan and I graduated together from Kingsford. I haven't seen Dan since we graduated but about 5 months ago or so he contacted me on Facebook with a messag that started out with "hello dear old friend". I was so surprised since it had been so long. We talked small talk and also talk about our upcoming class reunion. I told him I was hoping to see him there but unfortunately he didn't come. I knew he said he had some health issues so I assumed he wasn't feeling up to going. This story just speaks to his character After 25 year he reached out to me as a dear friend and I enjoyed our short conversations. He was a very nice man and he wll be missed by many and especially his old dear friend.
